Planet Builds Out the 2008 Honda Sessions in Vail for the 6th Consecutive Year

Planet's course this year for the 2008 Honda Session, a Swatch TTR FIVE(5)STAR Event, was bigger than ever -- including four consecutive big air jumps and a skate-style line up of rails and wall rides at the base. The world's top snowboarders ripped it up with massive air and tricks in the nighttime competition at Vail Mountain.

Honda Session Event Under Construction

Planet is working around the clock to finish the Honda Session Event in Vail, Colorado. Planet has been responsible for its design and construction for the past five years.

Scheduled to start on February 8th, the event is considered the most progressive snowboarding contest in the industry. Check back soon for more updates and photos of the construction process!

New Planet Park at Snö Mountain

Planet completed the second East Coast 22 terrain park this week at Snö Mountain. The Planet staff and guests were anxious to ride the newly constructed features. With an advanced jump line and plenty of rails in between, the East Coast 22 expert park is a main attraction. Tamarack’s 22-Foot Superpipe is Now Open!

Planet recently put the finishing touches on the Hells Canyon Superpipe at Tamarack Resort. The 22-foot tall, 450-foot long superpipe was completely designed and constructed by the Planet team. The staff has been working with Tamarack Resort since the beginning to create the best possible freestyle terrain. The O Park at Otsego Club Opens Today with Planet Rails, Boxes and Jumps

The O Park offers the best terrain park experience in the midwest for riders of all levels. The Planet team has assembled rails and jumps sure to stoke any rider.

The Otsego Club is a private four season club, but they are opening the ski slopes/terrain park to the public until December 21st! After the 21st, it'll be members only except on Wednesday and Thursday night. If you aren't a club member now is the time to check it out!

Rails and Boxes Under Construction for Seven Different Resorts

The Planet staff is working overtime to complete rail and box orders for seven different resorts. Riders across the country will have the opportunity to experience the same level of excellence in any Planet Park.
